I recommend usng the search feature to find what you're looking for. You can search for posts and communities, both. I like comics.
I'm also interested in this, but with the added requirement of "no politics". There are meme communities but people are hell bent on posting political absurdities everywhere as if they are flag waving for their team. I just want dumb jokes about dumb shit without hearing propaganda.

There are groups with "humor", "comic" and "meme" in the name, some of which have a decent amount of traffic.
Use whatever search feature is available to you (pretty sure this varies by app and platform) to track them down.
