Chile, Argentina, Uruguay, Brasil, Peru, Bolivia, Paraguay, Ecuador, Colombia, Venezuela, 3 small European bases (you can account 4 with Islas Malvinas), Costa Rica, Honduras, Guatemala, El Salvador, Mexico, Cuba, Puerto Rico, Haití, Republica Dominicana, Nicaragua. (24- 4 = 20)

HispanoAmerica: Same but replace Brazil by Spain

Non-Latin-America: Canada and USA, they are "Anglo-Sajon America"
