I quit high school in grade 10, and I was still more literate than the graduating peers of my youth. After writing my GED and going to university, I went on to qualify for disability.
More Basset than Beagle, can be very stubborn, but has a mania mode when very excited. Shes surprising fast for her leg length, but overall shes got speed limits so other dogs big and small can usually outrun her.
Shes 4 feet long from nose to tail tip, when she rears up on her hind legs shes reaches pretty high, but only 17" high at the front shoulder when standing.
I think its about 50/50 for people guessing, is it a beagle? or basset?
She also doenst make much noise, shes weirdly a silent hound, when very excited she will vocalize a short deep bay, but no barking or general baying otherwise.
