Per a NY Times article I read the judge is pissed that neither is party of the case informed him of the settlement when they met with the court on Friday. Possibly paywalled: https://www.nytimes.com/2026/03/09/arts/music/live-nation-ticketmaster-antitrust-suit-settled.html
