I think the argument is fair. The question to answer is: is it different then trading cards and more, and if not, should trading cards be illegal?

I think the comparison to blind box toys is fairly good - I never bought blind box legos to make money, I just liked a few of each run and hoped I'd get it. There seems to be a bit of a difference between gambling and baseball cards.
