In a polluted future Venice researchers are working on a way to improve living conditions. One day, unknown forces start killing them off. A team of soldiers and civilians is sent to investigate. Soon, they encounter strange murderous creatures.

Italian rip-off artist Bruno Mattei's Shocking Dark actually follows the plot of Aliens most closely, but it does have elements of the Terminator movies as well. It's kind of dull, but fans of Italian genre cinema owe it to themselves to check it out.
