Anyone else randomly get an itch to play as Taloon/Torneko ?

Once in a while I fire up my NES cart of Dragon Warrior 4 just to replay chapter 3. Chapter 2 is pretty good as well, but 3 keeps me coming back.

Wait? Dragon Quest 4 was on the regular NES? I always thought it was on super nintendo, isn't the story too long to fit onto an NES cart?

Hah man I’ve been itching to play through the older DQs. In a bit of a rut and picked back up DQ11 to finish it after a few year hiatus.

Now I’ve got a retro and turn based kick, and there’s gotta be a reason this came across my feed…..
