Yeah, seal is an unmaintained fork that is derived from the same thing that ytdlnis is. I've gotten a couple updates since I first installed it! I think the biggest advantage is how easily you can pass cookies for Instagram and age restricted YouTube
I buy CDs. That gets expensive quickly when you listen to bands from Italy that nobody has ever heard of (Temperance my beloved). I probably drop more money on CDs than I would have spent on spotify. I regret nothing.
