I'm an "optimistic nihilist". I know there's ultimately nothing that can be done to fix this situation; there's no voting our way out of this. And it feels like even if the world did a 180⁰, we've already gone too far down the road to reverse course ...in my lifetime, at least.
So I try to keep my head up and be a positive impact on those around me.
