Surprising exactly no one, "a U.S. judge on Thursday dismissed X Corp's antitrust lawsuit that accused the World Federation of Advertisers and major companies including Mars, CVS Health (CVS.N), and Colgate-Palmolive (CL.N), of illegally boycotting billionaire entrepreneur Elon Musk’s social media company. U.S. District Judge Jane Boyle in the federal court in Dallas said, X failed to show it had suffered any harm under federal antitrust laws."
While I'm sure Elon would have preferred to win this, the chilling effect from filing this suit in the first place was probably a good enough win for him anyway.

how opens new tab shocking
(edit: this was a reference to the original text in the body of this post, which frequently included the phrase "opens new tab". Op has since edited it to remove that phrase.)

I can't read it, was it dismissed with or without prejudice? Because that ugly fucker will try again if you let him.

I'm not a bot?

You have some text originally hidden in the article in your copy paste of the text of the article (for example ", opens new tab"). That could lead people to think your a bot that is blindly copying and pasting.

Sounds like something a bot would say. Unless bots have gotten too smart to use that tactic. Shit. They're evolving!

I hope Elon doesn't strain himself when he spacks out on Twitter at the judge.
I don't really. I hope he strains so hard he busts a foofoo valve.
