It’s still the same total mass of leches. The one on the right has 25% less of each of the first three leches to make room for a fourth leche.

All things being equal, I’d still choose the cuatro leches; not for the additional leche, but because the leches on the left are leaching.

The only "cuatro leches" I've seen was topped with dulce de leche as a sort of tongue-in-cheek extra milk, but this doesn't seem to be that. Unless it's under the cream, maybe?
