A bodysuit in and of itself isn't a red flag at all. The imagery within may be, but that's on a case by case basis. If anything, I admire the commitment.
It is your body so you do with it as you please. If someone is not into the tats then I am going to guess they would not be that much into you. As someone with tattoos I have to say neck and head tattoos are not my thing. But here again you do you and don't worry about what others think as long as you are not harming yourself or anybody else.
