I see 3 comments from you in that thread when I look on lemmy.world, but 4 on .ml. I've seen some issues with comment propagation between instances at times, so maybe check again later to see if they've shown up.
I have the same Problem. If I have written a Post wher I could not see the comments.
I was only able to answer them because I answered through the notification.

It's the next day and still no comments are viewable, but I can see them if I log out.
Have I been banned somehow without it showing up in the modlog? If so then why the post instead of the community?

I doubt you're banned. It's just flaky software.
