Made an RSS proxy that creates one (combined) query-able feed. Want to share it.

Mainly built it to get around CORS restrictions, since I have a local machine that I use for tasks like these. Over time I started adding different query features and formats (like JSON). Figured it might be worth sharing with other "RSS connoisseurs". Feedback is welcome!
