Man, if Stiller just added a tiny bit of context by tagging Knicks, none of that would've happened. I just can't imagine sending something out so vague and open ended and not expecting it to be misunderstood.
Not to excuse the MAGA stans from collectively losing their mind at a tweet.
Edit: on second thought, had the assassin been successful, it would've been a based af tweet

Imagine reading something so vague and open-ended and assuming it's 100% related to the thing you feel strongly about for the time being, until tomorrow's distraction comes along.

The second sentence says he'd been posting all evening about the knicks. I haven't looked at Twitter since 2012, but wouldn't the context be provided by his other tweets?
