What did Tolkien give his wife?

He wrote her into the story as LĂșthien, focus of the most famous romantic legend in the setting.

It was more of a "what did he give her at their wedding" type of question, because I understand the symbolism of being Luthien, which is awesome, but hard to put on your wife's finger during a religious ceremony :)

Which, I guess, could be said of a book as well........
