Gold Bond makes a "friction defense" stick that's fantastic. I apply it to my inner thighs every time I wear a skirt.

Some powder with dry calamine, or stick antiperspirant. It works for razor rash, too.

You're welcome and good luck! A word of caution: antiperspirant works by plugging the sweat glands, so ingrown hairs may increase. If you're not already prone to them, you can get anywhere from one or a few to a lot. I'm ok with pricking the top of the bump and helping them out. You may not be.
