If you are bored at work, get more fulfilling work. Or, recognize you are finished with your daily tasks, and feel free to do what you want. I have played pokemon go at work, scrolled Insta, and dozens of other things, because I finished my daily assignments and was waiting for my shift to end. Nsfw means content that will endanger your job, not the existence of content itself. I once saw a manager sitting in his office watching porn on the company pc. He went back to making Pizzas and was not punshied. So I suppose it is situational.
