The higher tier membership allows allows for 30 minutes or 1 hour earlier entry into the stores. We got that membership for other reasons and I never saw myself using it, but we have a number of times to get in and out quickly.

Walmart has a strong delivery push, and while Costco has delivery it's not like I'm having rotisserie chickens delivered.
Plus their website doesn't have everything the store does, and delivery costs more.
