We're harvesting our radishes and some arugula to make our first salad of the season. I've been infusing an herb vinegar with some of our oregano, thyme and rosemary for about a month for a vinaigrette. It'll be a simple salad, but one that we made ourselves.

I honestly thought it was Thursday. I've been sick and the medicine I'm taking to reduce the swelling in my lungs has some strong side effects.
It's helping so I'm looking forward to feeling better and being able to get back to my daily life.
