Unfortunately streamers make money from subscriptions and they know how long you’ll hang on between seasons and that’s why they take so long between them. It isn’t that they can’t afford to make more, it’s that they get paid twice as much to wait twice as long so why wouldn’t they? If you could double your pay taking twice as long to do your job, wouldn’t you?
The solution is to cancel between seasons, but I can’t talk here, I subscribe to an Apple One family plan (mostly for music for my part). But that’s the solution with most streamers with separate bills. Another reason many of them are bundling up, so it’s harder to do this. Or at least more inconvenient.
