It's become somewhat grey, too. Someone might have spent hours skillfully putting something together in PS, to spending five minutes applying the right tools to an existing piece, or doing little more than clicking a couple times to apply a complex filter, completely transforming a piece.
I really think we need to not consider everything AI. Like auto selection tools have existed for so long and its the same sorta algorithm but computer generated. Thats where you know it was low skill. Computers dont have skills they have efficiency. Computer generated is low skill and super efficient, like the tools we make from them.

its largely been replaced by AI. PS requires some "skill" to use, and certain instiution heavily discourages like in labs that use microscopy.
