I don’t like pickles, but some sandwiches are just not the same without them. So I’d rather pick them off than have them left off. I still get some of the taste but just enough and not too much.
I find it so weird that I can not stand cucumbers, but if you leave them in some salty water and vinegar for a while then they become one of the best foods on the planet.

To be fair, salt does wonders for a lot of things. So it makes sense that vinegar does, too.
