Like, I think something about being uncircumcised works better with it being doing the center exactly like that. You’re adding a lot of tension which spreads through the piece.
The way the table(?) forms a sort of triangle makes it like an arrow, which is a very good phallic symbol. St Sebastian and all that. It just reinforces the explicit (pun intended) theme of penetration which is universal to dick pics with a subtle visual metaphor.
