[FOUND!!!] Please lookout for stolen Ebike from Shaker Heights

I had my whole stolen about a year ago so I feel your pain. I never recovered mine and took the following steps to try to avoid this happening again. If you don't mind me sharing:

1. I would highly recommend looking into bike insurance, it's insanely cheap (I think it would take 18 years for the cost to be more than the bike). What is covered obviously depends on the plan, but mine definitely covered theft.
2. It also would be a good idea to get 1-2 air tags or Android equivalent to try to help track the bike if it gets stolen. I used pebblebee and they seemed to work well enough. One of them failed on my and the company sent me a new one for free so the support seems good from my experience.
3. Having 2 locks that attach to different points on the bike helps deter theft. I have a heavy duty chain lock that goes around the frame and a ulock that goes around the rear wheel and the legs that the wheel attaches to. It doesn't prevent the bike from being stolen, but makes it a massive pain in the ass to get the bike into a rideable condition.

I hope you have better luck with me, and be sure to file a police report. Pawn shops tend to submit the serial numbers of bikes that is checked against a database of known stolen bikes.
