This article draws all the wrong conclusions from its premise. The actual problem is that money is more poorly distributed in the other big leagues, especially the Spanish as the top two teams are wealthier than the others by a good margin.

If you look at say the French, German or Spanish leagues you can predict who wins their respective leagues majority of times based off the top ten wealthiest clubs in the world.

Only in England do we have anything breaking a mono or duopoly, although its not much better as its four clubs over the past twenty years or so.

Moaning, as this article does, that its unfair on the Europa League to have big English clubs in there really just feels like a shit attempt at ladder pulling.

Moaning about what is the 7th richest club in what was a banner year for on pitch earnings when we still has to sell to meet PSR and UEFA rules is just poor journalism. Attack the other leagues for their inequality as thats removed competition from the national leagues and robs both Europa and Champions League of wider spread competition.

The problem is nobody likes a loser. It would make more sense if we created one ultimately unstoppable team and everyone supports that one because they never lose, everyone wins.
