meat: pork butt roast marinated in balsamic vinegar, olive oil and a fig glaze from aldi. add salt, pepper. cajun seasoning, rosemary and basil.

foil: sweet potatoes scrubbed, coated in butter flavored crisco, wrapped in foil.

dutch oven: oil, a mix of cubed sweet potatoes, potatoes, onions, and carrots. later added salt, pepper, cream cheese and butter. mashed with potato masher.
