Stop writing lists to remember everything on them; write them to get it all out of your head so you can focus on whatever you should be focusing on. I write them digitally so they don't clutter up my space and I can search them in the rare event I actually need them.

What about that feeling that there's probably something else to add to the list, actually you know there's something missing from the list. But you just can't think of what it is. And it's just sitting there in the back of your mind bugging you, because it might be the most important thing to add to your list and for some reason it's just being forgotten about in this moment. But if you forget about it... really bad things could happen.
