coffee/matcha GTK 2/3/4 theme

I hate GTK 3 and 4. More-so, I hate having to create a 3000 line .css file, just to theme a window.

So full disclosure, I employed Claude to do the heavy lifting of translating the GTK 2 theme I hand crafted years ago to 3 and 4. Claude has no idea what it's doing with GTK theming, so it took A LOT of design direction in the form of prompting, but removed the slog for me.

If that bothers you, feel free not to use the theme.
