Its all good, folks. German politician Beatrix Von Storch (AfD) assured that it's all just bc the sun sometimes moves closer to the earth, so it gets hotter. In some years, sun will surely move back, right?

well she's right, after each rotation around the Earth the sun can get closer in some periods. at the same time you can observe the four elephants that hold the Earth sprinkling water on the turtle they stand on to keep it cool and hydrated.
it's really basic knowledge.
