In the country where i live the ones with coconut (and sugar) on the inside are called "Bounty". Nowadays milkyways don't have caramel in their filling anymore, just some " milky" nougatish stuff. I totally agree with this just sounding like a mars bar from the fridge!
Interesting, in America they do. It without caramel is essentially a 3 Musketeers bar.

There are two varieties of Milky Way: the original American bar made of nougat and caramel, which has been marketed as the Mars bar outside the United States; and the global Milky Way bar which has no caramel, and is marketed as 3 Musketeers in the U.S. and Canada.

In the US they still have caramel. It’s equivalent (I think) to a Mars bar. And what the rest of the world calls a Milky Way the US calls 3 Musketeers
