YT is in a permanent battle against adblockers and often change the anti-adblock algorrithm. The Vivaldi adblocker is not bad, but in YT is discovered by this algorrithm. For me currently no ads, using additional the uBOlite extension. For music I mainly use Bandcamp to listen my favorit artists, Internet Radio or Radio.net to listen my favorite type of music 24/7. For other things Odysee or PeerTube are good YT alternatives.
