The Turing Test is somewhat incomplete and outdated, created in years when AI was still more theoretical than real (1950). Current AIs can perfectly pass this test, so other tests are used that better fit current technology, even so the results remain debatable.

It's somewhat wrong to mencion worse or better in art by something. For example it's not the same to say that the artist used AI in his work as to say that the artist let AI doing his work. There are people which are artists and such which only think that they are artists. I remember discussions about photography is art or not, clearly depends on who do it. It's not better or worse than paintings, it's a different art made with different tools. There are selfies and.....

If it is art or not, always depends on the artist, if he is one or not, not of the tools he use for it.

IMHO AI can be used as tool to help (adding effects, background- sub routines, style components.....maybe legit), but never should be used to substitute the own work and creativity and less those from others.

It's only an 5% of the population of first world countries which are the cause of the environment problems. Eliminating these + the scientists of this article would save the planet.

They have cloud storages where you can creat folders to store photos and anything else. In kDrive 15GB for free. For photos I use also vgy.me (UK), free, script to include it in ShareX.

I think it's admissible if an dev use AI as tool to write some subrutines in a big app, not admissible when a dev release an app only by writing a prompt. Most no - AI sites ban only apps and services MAINLY made by AI, eg Bandcamp has banned AI music, but not if an artist use some sound- or background effects made by AI.

I didn't like the age verification law either, but as it would be introduced everywhere, yes or yes, at least it's mandatory to search an privacy protecting methode, which isn'y not so easy, Because of this I asked Sketchapedia, which shows an zero knowledge system, the service provider only receive an OK or Not OK with it.

In problems which I can't avoid, I always prefer to search solutions or at least workarrounds to fix it.

The first though is that gravity is the result the deformation of space.time due to a mass. But this does not answer why a mass can deform it. This must imply some particle that causes it (graviton?). This is what they are investigating and whether an anti-particle also exists. But this has not yet left the blackboard and the laboratory.

Until now all the atoms and particles that were previously scientifically predicted have been found.

Not more as the images from the artist from this thread.

The worst isn't that users confused real art with AI, but if they think that AI images are real. In the first case they are devaluing the artist, in the second it can have devasting results for the whole population by manipulation and misinformations.
