As a person with ADHD I wouldn't be able to focus in a meeting without drawing.
Do what works for you, you know yourself and your work situation better than any of us do

Counter-argument: Earn your keep and do nothing more. Unless you have stake in the business that you're working for you are unlikely to benefit directly from any productivity gains.
