I hate how much hate Chris has been getting. Guy's done orders of magnitude more for the world than every one of his critics.

So jacobin is some media outlet, aoc is socDem that blunts class consciousness of workers. Guy in bottom left is union leader. Who is the first one?

bilb@lemmy.ml · 13 pts · 79d (1 reply)

Graham Plattner?

tracyspcy@lemmy.ml · 6 pts · 79d

The Rise and Fall of Chris Smalls

Chris Smalls shot to prominence for playing a key role in the shock union win at a New York Amazon warehouse. He was charismatic and energetic at a time labor needed both. But in the years since, his own ego has overwhelmed his political contributions.

Keep in mind while reading that the "Fall of Chris Small" is because he criticise aoc in a tweet

I criticize AOC all the time and catch hella downvotes for it. There a real cult of uncritical cheer leading among the leftish

andrewrgross@slrpnk.net · 1 pts · 78d

If it makes you feel any better, I can assure you that there are plenty of leftists spaces online where praising her gets one hella downvotes.

Personally, I basically try to avoid both kinds of conversations. Neither tend to seem productive to me.

A wolf with Celtic knots is Nazi? This is a good example of leftist purity tests and division aiding the ratchet effect and helping AIPAC block the candidates they don’t like. While ensuring we move deeper into fascism and fanatical fundamentalist rule

I'd do some research as to what ink was under the wolf with a Celtic knot before claiming this is a half-baked purity test.

Platner is far from a perfect candidate, and was intrinsically going to give AIPAC some ammunition.
