Did everyone forget that anyone can use any device and it's not like any specific device is literally under your skin and directly, permanently tied to you? We aren't teletubbies with our devices built into our chests.

Yep, he wants to "protect" children by having access to all their data. Just like a homophobic Republican on Grindr. Gotta say though he learned projection from the master of it, his daddy Hitleryahu.
Maybe he is talking about devices that are created with accounts for children specifically. Google allows that (not sure about meta). This allows parents to monitor and control that device remotely. But than again, that is something I would imagine already existed or it's stil up to the parents to disallow it, etc.
