This is really positive, not only utilising free energy it negates the short and long term health concerns associated with burning fuels.

it delivered, but required a russian naval escort to ensure that the us empire's navy didn't try to block it again.
not that it matters much, it was a splash in the bucket compared to what cuba needs.
