Why all the downvotes? -LOL!

Sock puppet accounts, and Federation make brigading easier. There's no vote fuzzing, anti-brigade heuristics, IP-based rate limiting across instances, shadow detection or algorithmic smoothing. -Reddit has all that but still has vote manipulation problems.

It's just another Linux propaganda issue that shows more on Lemmy. -But at least Lemmy doesn't promote based on vote score.

Does it make this community look bad, or does it make the Linux community look dishonest legitimizing us? (observe how simple easy to confirm facts like Linux not running on critical ISS systems are getting vote bombed).
