Little Achievements is a fanfic acted out by Alexander Siddig and Andrew Robinson. It's great.

Also, Matt Baum's Culture Cruise on them is really good.

Alpha Canon in an alternate reality from Lower Deck.

Beta Canon in the prime universe is that Garak is bi. I'm not aware of any non-DS9 television which addressed Bashir's sexuality.

I mean, as a former spy, that's just plain useful. Even without Bashir around, it just makes sense.
