how much work was this? worth it? would you make it again?

Not that much work!
Eating it made me realize I had a lot of emotional attachment to ice cream, and the fact that it wasn't sweetened with sugar somehow made it a lot less satisfying emotionally. I was definitely addicted to sugar.
It does taste ridiculously rich and creamy, putting any traditional ice cream flavour on top would probably make it really, really good. I'd make it again but it's hard to resist the temptation of adding some kind of sweetness on top.

Meat Carnivore used the 10 minute shaking method! My arms are tired just watching his video, but it does sound very simple: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LZ04eZvtslQ
