Brewing an Irish stout this time.

Looks great so far! I used to do these kits a long time ago and always had great results. The only thing I would change is the yeast, but I don’t think that was really necessary.

Uuh, that looks delicious. The Jedi test of letting it take it's time must be even harder with a see-thru fermenter 😁
