What does it actually do that I can't accomplish by many other means in my pocket or at home for less money and more comfort?

Fucking hate the creep glasses because I'd love small glasses that simulate a multi-monitor setup. But 6 DOF needs cameras and I can't imagine feeling comfortable being mistaken for one of these fucks for even a second. And in a public space you're sure to eventually look like you're recording someone if you get locked in on one of three monitors without knowing you're looking at them.
