Yeah, the markdown doesn't seem to work on Lemmy titles

I may have to block the instance, I really don't want that in my feed.

It's so bad. I thought it was a bot making all these posts as I was scrolling right by them to spare my eyes

Unfortunately yes. If I'm making a post in Mastodon that I link to Lemmy, I make sure to put all the hash tags last to hopefully avoid this mess.

I'm not sure why hashtags are handled like this in Lemmy post titles.
