Don't worry, they learned their lesson about the Pinkertons, and hired a different union-busting firm (Fisher Phillips) to harass the employees instead :)
Hopefully the unions can lobby the government to change/add laws to protect the workers. Then they can disband and save those middle-man protection fees once and for all. Win-win for everyone!
