I actually just want what OG google had as products. CC Audio clone and a Nest Mini clone. CCA to use with my own speakers and the mini for announcements and alerts.

You could probably frankenstein one and add your output instead of the built in speaker without too much problems

I pretty much just want it to handle 3 or 4 timers at a time for the kitchen while being hands free as the kitchen.

Nothing really, slight lack of developer support due to it being less mature than other platforms, but that will solve itself with time
