On the flip side some of the cheapest refrigerators have the most reliable compressors. LG freezer on top iirc where their more expensive french door models and what not are absolute trash.

In addition to the good suggestions here check commercial restaurant kitchen equipment suppliers. There are plenty of things to contact a blacksmith about but a pot isn't one of them in my mind.... maybe if you want a hand hammered cauldron but.... it is going to be vastly cheaper to find something commercially available ESPECIALLY with stainless steel... I don't know any blacksmiths working with stainless steel. I dunno how I got on about stainless steel... magnetism is an easy way to roughly check grades of stainless... what you want depends on your requirements

Yeah there are minimum fat contents to legally be called ice CREAM... cream is expensive.... ice milk is less so etc. it isn't necessarily bad if that is what you are expecting can be a lower fat alternative but if you have years of experience and the fat content suddenly drops... bye bye customers. Grew up in a Bryers house hold... we don't purchase Bryers anymore.
edit I see claims that Bryers does still sell Ice Cream along side their frozen dairy desserts but the average shopper isn't likely to recognize the difference... now I might have go looking and pick up a tub.
You should also know that paying off your mortgage completely may negatively impact your credit score at least for a while. This is because they tend to be held so long that when it closes your average age of credit accounts decreases. This isn't typically a good reason to not pay off your mortgage but depending on your situation you may be better off looking for a second mortgage before the final payment as opposed to directly after it.
I've swapped the Main board and WiFi chip in a framework laptop. Swap the ports regularly. It can have a few quirks to get used to. It is wildly worthwhile to me now that Dell has decided nothing can be repaired anymore. Those who say they take care of their laptop likely do try and one should but it is survivorship bias imho. Accidents happen unintentionally that is why they are called accidents.
Spent over two decades repairing laptops... I'm unlikely to purchase anything but framework for years going forward. Now if we could just get the framework printer :P The upfront cost is high they are still a small manufacturer. The long term value is working out well for me.
