I do it for Lemmy because I can't just insert gifs from the keyboard into the post and it doesn't give links. 🥹
I mean, I prefer other sites with better quality gifs but sometimes Tenor is the only one that has what I want and I'm not gonna spend the time to make my own for a dumb joke that has already been made.

As I understand it the website will still be there, but users will have to visit tenor directly to find and share gifs.
