Granted. Civilization and ecosystems immediately collapse as everything is in a constant state of climax. Hundreds of millions of people die in car, airplane and even train crashes. Rest is going to die soon due to cardiac arrests, dehydration and kidney failures.
Granted, emotions have been removed due to the likelihood of emotional suffering. All fatal diseases and injuries are now immediately fatal regardless of initial onset duration.
Everyone, everywhere; from those on death's door from age or illness down to fetuses with enough nervous system to feel anything have a sudden cessation of pain, depression, anxiety, or other forms of suffering.
They then begin non stop orgasms that, despite slowly staving to death and dehydrating, leave them in total bliss until they die.
