"Lesbian" is a statement of identity, while "WLW" is merely a description of behavior.
As I understand it, terms like "WLW" are preferred by sex researchers in order to keep the focus of the research on the behavior and try to prevent it from being used to categorize people too much.
When I said knit garments I meant those made from machine knit fabrics, as opposed to woven fabrics. My dress I referred to was is a commercial rib knit so its very stretchy, and recovers afterwards.

The REAL problem is when you accidentally go out wearing exactly the same thing... for the tenth time that week.
And how often we don't notice until somebody asks if we're twins.

is it a synonymum for leasbian or is there a difference?

wlw is a little more generic, like, a wlw could be lesbian, bisexual* or whatever while lesbian is only wlw
*bisexual, as the name suggest is someone who see more than 1 gender attractive

The construction of the sentence is just getting to me: "wlw...with a gf."
It feels like the important part is "having a gf," and "having the gf" implies the "wlw." So you could have just left off the "wlw."

well as a woman who loves women you could also love other genders, it's a matter of preference

I think it's different. You can be bisexual and be WLW and lesbian means attracted to woman only. But I'm not an expert, just walking by.

One size difference is fine for knit garments. They are stretchy fabrics that can be worn by larger women, which makes them even more form fitting.
I have a dress that looks great on me, but my wife steals it sometimes and wears it and ooooooooooooooo

She's lucky I'm too tall to steal more than shirts
