Does RSO (Rick Simpson Oil) actually helps against cancer cells?

Long story short... My mum got diagnosed with cancer.

I'm already a plant advocate for their healing properties (EOs, tinctures, teas....) and did had my fair share of good/bad/enlightened moments with Cannabis/Shrooms.

I know this would probably ease her anxiety (or worst raise her anxiety) and other symptoms with Chemo, but I'm looking for any info if I can actually prevent it.

Are there any actual serious studies/books ? I mean, the system can't be trusted... How many times have we been fooled by our states/governments/system ? And The dead Internet just spits out some random ai generated blog... It gets seriously difficult to actually find serious stuff.

So if anyone here has some kind of hidden community/forum/I2P address to get a more appropriate discussion board about cannabis and it's healing properties I would really appreciate some kind of guidance where to dig through to help my Mom out in a more sensible and peaceful way !

And No, I'm not looking for a Tor Market ! I Know where to get my stuff :)

Not in humans as yet to my knowledge, perhaps in petri dishes and I wouldn't want to use my mum as a guinea pig but I'm happy to be one.

Cannabis can also have negative interactions with cancer in humans asfaiu, it's a 'straight no' from many medical cannabis clinics here and my care team have warned about impact on other organs already under stress.

Where it can be of use ime is in the the world of living with cancer and the side effects of treatment.

I am in no way qualified to comment beyond living with cancer for coming on 15yrs and have been on medical cannabis for while now but RSO little different to a spliff/vape ime beyond being far more expensive compared to a 10g pack of medical bud here.

Seems unlikely all governments on earth are conspiring to stop cancer being cured cheaply and effectively by a plant grown at massive commercial scale and sold as medicine for almost anything it is shown to be even vaguely effective at.

Yeah, there is literally no evidence for that and generally more against it, but anything written beyond youd third paragraph shows everyone that you do not really care about evidence anyway and just want to get out their paranoia.

So maybe use less THC yourself, lick on a Lithium block or generally seek help.
